What they built

Post Bridge is a social media scheduling tool built on one idea: upload once, post everywhere. It cross-posts to X, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and more, and it deliberately stays simple where competitors pile on features. Jack Friks built it to scratch his own itch. Manually cross-posting to promote his other app was eating hours, and the existing schedulers charged $50 to $150 a month for what he wanted as a plain, cheap tool.

How they did it

Post Bridge did not come easy. Jack dropped out in his last semester of college and spent more than three years failing at making money online: print-on-demand shirts, affiliate blogs, over 2,000 YouTube videos in under two years, crypto that he made and then lost. Post Bridge was the thing that finally worked, and it worked because it solved a problem he actually had every day.

He built it solo and bootstrapped, with a Next.js front end and a Supabase and Cloudflare R2 backend, only bringing in a few contractors later to tidy up. His real growth engine is radical openness. He documents the journey on X, TikTok, and YouTube, and he runs Post Bridge with 100% public revenue on a live dashboard. His view: people connect with people, not with ads or AI-generated content.

The numbers
